By downloading, installing, or using Spectrametric ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Spectrametric is a personal wellness tracking tool designed to help individuals log and reflect on their energy levels, sensory experiences, and daily patterns. It is intended for personal awareness and self-advocacy purposes only.

Spectrametric is NOT: - A medical device - A clinically validated diagnostic tool - A substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric assessment - Certified or approved by any medical regulatory authority including Health Canada, the FDA, or any equivalent body - A source of medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations

Nothing in the App, including any patterns, insights, summaries, or exported data, constitutes medical advice. All information generated by the App reflects your own self-reported data only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any health concerns or before making decisions about your health, employment, or care.

The App may generate insights and identify patterns based on the data you log. These insights: - Are derived entirely from your own self-reported data - Are not clinically validated or medically reviewed - May not accurately reflect your actual health status - Should not be used as the basis for medical, legal, employment, or other significant decisions without professional consultation - May be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading if insufficient data has been logged Spectrametric actively suppresses patterns involving certain activities where positive correlations could be misleading or harmful. However, we cannot guarantee that all potentially harmful patterns will be identified and suppressed. You are responsible for applying critical judgement to any patterns or insights the App generates.

Spectrametric is not designed for use in medical emergencies. If you or someone else is in crisis or requires immediate medical attention, contact emergency services in your area immediately.

- Data you enter is stored on your device by default - If you choose to enable cloud sync (a Pro feature), your data is transmitted to and stored on secure servers - We do not sell your data to third parties - You own your data and can export or delete it at any time - Please review our Privacy Policy at spectrametric.io/privacy for full details

Any data you export from Spectrametric is provided for your personal use only. Exported data is not a medical record, clinical assessment, or official document of any kind. Spectrametric accepts no responsibility for how exported data is used or interpreted by third parties including employers, insurers, or healthcare providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spectrametric and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to decisions made based on information or insights generated by the App.

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any patterns or insights generated will be accurate or complete.

You agree to: - Use the App for lawful personal purposes only - Not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical care - Not use the App in any way that could harm yourself or others - Keep your account credentials secure

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
