PRIVACY POLICY

Spectrametric ("we", "our", or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. By using Spectrametric you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

Data you provide directly: - Energy level check-ins (level, timestamp, notes) - Sensory environment logs - Activity and context tags (including any custom tags you create) - Recovery activity logs - Task logs - Accommodation logs - Account information (email address) if you choose to create an account Data collected automatically: - App crash reports and error logs (via Sentry, anonymized) - Basic usage analytics to help us improve the app (no personally identifiable information) Data we do NOT collect: - Your name (unless you provide it in notes) - Your location - Your contacts - Any health data beyond what you explicitly log - Any data from other apps on your device

Local storage (all users): All data you log is stored locally on your device using an encrypted SQLite database. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync or export it. Cloud sync (Pro users only): If you enable cloud sync, your data is transmitted to and stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, hosted in a SOC 2 compliant environment. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We do not: - Sell your data to any third party - Share your data with advertisers - Use your data to train AI models - Access your personal logs for any purpose other than providing the service

If you create an account, we store your email address to: - Allow you to sign in across devices - Send transactional emails (password reset, account notifications) - Associate your data with your account for cloud sync We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

When you export your data, it is saved to your device or shared via your device's standard share functionality. Once exported, Spectrametric has no control over how that data is stored, shared, or used. You are responsible for the security of exported files. Exported data is not a medical record or clinical document of any kind.

We use Sentry for crash reporting. Crash reports contain technical information about the error and your device but do not contain your personal logs or health data. Sentry's privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy.

Spectrametric uses essential cookies only. These are required for the website to function correctly. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Essential cookies we use: - Cookie consent preference (remembers that you have seen and dismissed the cookie notice) You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.

- Local data is retained on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app - Cloud sync data is retained until you delete your account - You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account - On account deletion, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers within 30 days

You have the right to: - Access — export a full copy of your data at any time from Settings - Deletion — delete your account and all data at any time from Settings - Correction — edit or delete any individual log entries at any time - Portability — export your data in CSV or JSON format at any time For any privacy requests contact privacy@spectrametric.io

Spectrametric is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@spectrametric.io and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The current policy is always available at spectrametric.io/privacy.
